We were very pleased with Jason's prompt response to our request for a second opinion about the need to replace or repair our heat/cooling system. When it was clear that it wasn't cost effective to repair our system we asked Jason to bid alongside other vendors - he was prompt, polite, and very clear about technical stuff - he responded to our multiple follow-up calls and while we had used the same large heating and air service for years - we decided to go with Jason as the price was considerably lower than our long-time vendor.
